Organic Turf Care Specialist - Service our maintenance clients using organic-based materials in our high-quality, customer-focused lawn care division. New York Pesticide License in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control required.

Property Care Account Manager - Provide white-glove customer service to clients. Provide clients with excellent property care through effective management of account managers, field operations and crews to complete jobs efficiently and profitably as possible while maintaining Marders impeccable standards. Develop rapport with clients and identify opportunities for growth and potential areas of improvement for the department and company. 

Landscape Project Manager - Prepare cost estimates by analyzing the scope of a project and all requirements. Ensure job profitability through preparation and competitive proposals while efficiently managing multiple construction crews and maintaining standards.

Receptionist - Functions as the front door of the company, always engaging with callers, troubleshooting issues and transferring to appropriate department graciously and efficiently. Supports all aspects of the office including but not limited to: stocking of supplies, assist in oversight of daily cleanliness checks, functioning of equipment, etc.

Estimator - Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing the scope of a project and all requirements. Manage all project job tasks. Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors. 

Team Lead - Ensure excellent customer service from lead to final payment of bill facilitating every task along the way. Responsible to know and help with every administrative task in the sales process. Streamline support and communication for Account/Project Managers internally & externally.

Landscape Architect - Confer with clients to fully understand projects. Responsible for preparing site plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting software. Work efficiently with Project Managers through project completion. Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs. Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage. Inspect work to ensure that it adheres to plan. Develop new business through marketing and presentations.

Fleet Manager - Manage a $2,000,000 fleet, consisting of 70 vehicles and oversee three+ mechanics in facility-wide operation. This includes mechanical maintenance, repair and service for all vehicles and equipment to minimize production downtime. In addition, this role is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and servicing all maintenance activities as well as managing budget and accounting for invoices and submitting expenses to Accounting. Expected to be proactive, efficient, and to ensure reliability, access, and safety of all mobile and stationary company equipment.
